Pumas in Australia

Do Pumas exist in Australia.
Perhaps the collection of spoor and kills and witnesses point to the possibility of this happening.
We find the concept interesting especially in the western Australia area.
But the facts lead to problems.
The "pumas" in WA seem to be observed to often...compared to the ghost like pumas in north america which are rarely see.And some of the reports of the WA animals speed are not compatible with pumas in the US as well.
