Super Cats??

Someone decided that what we needed in Australia was to allow an African Serval crossed with a felis cattus/Asian Leopard Cat.
This is brilliant thinking.They were also suggesting that if animals are 5 generations removed from their wild ancestors then everything is alright.
Now, if my German Shepherd was lost in a remote part of Australia..he would start to kill native animals.
How many generations would he be separated from wolf ancestors.?
Also, the media keep saying Asian Leopard..its an Asian Leopard Cat...which is a jungle cat and not panthera pardus.

Minister Misleads Parliment

The minister finally responded to questions put too him on notice regarding Big Cats In NSW.

Answer—

The NSW Department of Primary Industries investigates all reports of sightings of large black cats. I am advised that to date, no confirmed evidence has been found of these animals.


False...they dont "investigate" 99% of the cases we have given them..or they have received.

False..they have reports with analysis by their own and other experts who..agree that the secondary evidence they have is indicative of a large form of felids.

The Government urges all people to be aware of their surroundings and take appropriate precautions when outdoors.

Huh...what precautions do you take for an animal that is not supposed to exist.!!
